Fitness Challenge - Week 3
This week, I got 29 points in the fitness challenge. I had a lot of fun this week, and I tend to lose control of my eating when I'm with friends, or out having a good time with my boys. That's one of the things I still need to work on. Much of my point loss was for eating after 7pm. I ate a little junk food, but much less than usual. I found that my craving for sugar was not so bad this week. I exercised 5 times and lost 1 pound. So a pretty good week!
