Fitness Challenge Week 3
This was another good week for the fitness challenge. I got 31 out of 35 points again. I lost 2 points for not exercising all weekend and 2 for eating sweets during the week. We were out of town, and although I dragged along my exercise videos, I didn't bother to use them! I really needed a break anyway - my muscles were tired. I did exercise 5 days though, and I lost 3 pounds! I measured myself too, and I lost an inch all around. Yay!
